Our PT team also reach out with a refreshed PT plan and up-to-date advice!

Personal Training

You’ll get access to our PT team who will create a PT plan for you. This monthly plan will adapt and change, as your fitness level changes, making sure you are motivated and inspired! You have access to the PT team in the private groups too.

Small Villages

The #1 way to succeed with your goals is group accountability! This is tried and tested and is the USP of the Villages membership. When you’re onboarding we ask you a range of questions, including the stage of life you’re at, what your time zone is, and what your goals are - then pull together a small private village for you to join. This is your accountability group - there for you, and you for them. Villages have a maximum of ten rockers, plus someone from our team there to help make sure you’re all getting what you need.

Menopause

Millions of women (and some trans men too) will go through menopause every year. There are 34 known menopause symptoms that can start during perimenopause. It’s not a time for doom and gloom - it’s a time to take charge of what’s going on, educating yourself on the symptoms and doing all you can to keep your body and mind in top condition.

The Gym

If you’re not really into fitness and working out then it can be tough to find an app or program that can help you to start up. Being physically fit helps in so many ways - from weight, energy, sleep, mental clarity, right through to helping prevent diabetes, heart disease, osteoporosis.

Lifestyle changes can help you in every single way - but starting off can be tough!

A complete mix and choice of workouts, programs and plans can be just what you need to kick start your fitness journey. As could a team of cheerleaders at your side! That’s what we’ve created with our Gym zone and community area. We’ll not only give you the tools, but we’ll be with you every single step too.

Postpartum

One of the major life events is having a baby - and getting back into a fitness routine is a priority for some moms. We’ve been working with moms since 2010 and have everything you need from workouts to advice, making sure you start at the right time and are doing the right workouts for your stage, postpartum.

Taking care of any postpartum ailments, split abs, weak pelvic floor, fatigue, return-to-work strategies, we’ve got you covered!

Your membership will give you enough to keep you on track but not overwhelm.
